We want your shopping experience with MOI to be as seamless as possible. Below, you will find all the necessary information regarding the delivery and return policy for our linen products.

Shipping

Delivery Times and Costs

  • Ukraine: 2–5 business days via Nova Poshta or Meest Express.

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

A Note on Linen Care

All items are carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials to preserve the shape and quality of the linen during transit.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of any signs of use, and with all original tags attached.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount of 30% or more are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at moi.global.info@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return — [Order Number]".

  2. State the reason for the return and attach a photo of the item.

  3. Once we confirm your request, we will provide the shipping address.

  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for a different size or color, subject to stock availability. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at moi.global.info@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or does not match the order.

The Nature of Linen

Please be aware that slight natural wrinkling, uneven textures, and minor variations in shade are inherent characteristics of linen, not defects. These features do not constitute grounds for a return.
