Many believe that natural fabrics with intricate designer embroidery require hours of hand-washing. That’s a myth! Caring for MOI clothing is simple. Follow these easy, basic rules, and your favorite dress or blouse will maintain its perfect shape while the colors remain deep and vibrant for years to come.

💧 Washing: Delicacy is Everything

You don’t necessarily have to wash your pieces by hand (though it’s always a great option). Our clothing handles machine washing beautifully.

• Mode: Select exclusively the "Delicate" or "Hand Wash" cycle.

• Temperature: Use cool water — no higher than 30°C (85°F). Natural linen does not like boiling water.

• Detergents: Opt for mild liquid detergents. The use of aggressive powders or bleach is strictly prohibited, as they can damage the fiber structure and the embroidery threads.

• MOI Pro-Tip: If a significant stain appears, do not scrub it with a brush. Simply soak the item in cool water with a mild detergent before the main wash.

• Avoid machine drying: Intense rotation and hot air can cause linen to shrink.

• Do not wring: Do not twist the fabric with force. Gently squeeze out excess water by hand or let the machine do it at low speeds (up to 400 RPM).

• Air dry: Dry your clothes flat on a horizontal surface or on a hanger. Avoid direct, harsh sunlight to ensure that colored items (like khaki, graphite, or anthracite) retain their rich saturation.

Linen possesses a noble, natural "wrinkled" look that is a staple of modern casual style. However, if you prefer a perfectly smooth finish:

• Iron while damp: Iron your linen pieces while they are still slightly moist. If the item is already dry, use a spray bottle or the intensive steam function on your iron.

• The Golden Rule of Embroidery: Always iron your garments exclusively from the inside out! This preserves the volume, texture, and relief of our satin stitch ornaments and protects the delicate openwork hemstitching.
